REFUND POLICY

Because ReceiptHub delivers immediate, intangible, digital products and digital tool access upon purchase, we enforce a strict refund policy to maintain operations and prevent platform abuse. Please review these terms carefully before completing a purchase.
1. FINALITY OF PURCHASE / NO REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of our platform, all sales, subscription renewals, credit purchases, and account upgrades are strictly **final and non-refundable**.
As soon as payment is confirmed, access to the receipt generation software, assets, and premium features is immediately provisioned and made available to your account. Because this digital delivery cannot be returned, revoked, or unconsumed, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason.
2. EXCEPTIONS TO THE POLICY
We will only evaluate refund requests under exceptional circumstances, solely at our discretion:
- Duplicate Payments: If a technical glitch causes a user to be charged twice for the exact same package or subscription in a single transaction window, we will gladly refund the accidental duplicate payment.
- Technical Non-Delivery: If a confirmed transaction goes through but a system failure permanently prevents you from accessing your paid credits or subscription privileges for more than forty-eight (48) consecutive hours after notifying support, a refund may be evaluated.
3. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND MISUSE
No refunds or partial credits will be issued under any circumstances if your account is banned, locked, or suspended by our administration due to a violation of our Terms of Service, fraudulent platform utilization, or any illegal activities.
4. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
ReceiptHub monitors transaction activity strictly. By purchasing a product or access pass from our Site, you explicitly agree that you understand what you are purchasing and waive the right to file an ungrounded dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.
Any user who initiates a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute will have their ReceiptHub account and IP address permanently banned from our platform, and we reserve the right to report billing details to international fraud databases.
