Welcome to ReceiptHub ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website located at https://receipthub.cc (the "Site") and purchasing access to our receipt generation tools and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features of the Site, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE AND LICENSE GRANT

ReceiptHub provides a subscription-based or credit-based digital platform that allows users to generate custom receipt layouts for novelty, educational, testing, placeholder, or personal record-keeping purposes. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ReceiptHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal or internal business entertainment/educational needs.

3. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED USE

You expressly agree that you will not use ReceiptHub for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

- Utilizing generated receipts to commit fraud, financial deception, tax evasion, insurance fraud, or any criminal activity.

- Misrepresenting financial transactions or passing off generated templates as authentic, legally binding financial documents to third parties.

- Using automated systems, bots, scrapers, or spiders to extract data or bulk-generate content from the Site.

- Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the platform.

ReceiptHub does not verify the accuracy or legitimacy of the data input by users. You assume absolute and sole legal liability for any document you generate and how you choose to use it.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, tools, software, graphics, user interfaces, and code on the Site are the exclusive property of ReceiptHub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.

5. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately if we suspect violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our tools. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases instantly, and no refunds for remaining time or credits will be issued.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RECEIPTHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RECEIPTHUB, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReceiptHub and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the platform, your generation or distribution of receipts, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in our jurisdiction.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated timestamp. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
